Do I need an account to sell on Pulsethestore?

Yes, you need a vendor account to sell on pulsethestore.com. For that, you need to send an online request from Contact Page, and pulsethestore representative will get in touch with you within 3 working days.

Requirements of becoming a vendor on Pulsethestore?

You need to have the following to become a vendor www.pulsethestore.com

Business Name, Store Location, Contact Numbers, Email, Product Samples, A Brief Company Profile.

If you don’t have a store location or registered business name, your products need to be unique. Once you submit vendor request, pulsethestore.com representative will get in touch with you and pulsethestore.com Management will review the products you are offering.

Is it really worth selling on pulsethestore?

Setting up vendor account

YYou need to send a vendor request to pulsethestore.com management, after review of the products, Pulsethestore will contact you and setup a vendor account. Login/password will be given by pulsethestore management once approved as a vendor.

Vendor Dashboard (My Account)

1. Open (Qousain please share the link of becoming a vendor here)

2. Enter your provided username and password

3. You can see and explore your products booking and reports

How to add products on Pulsethestore?

1. Open the admin link ( Please add the link here)

2. Enter your provided username and password

3. Click on Products and then click Add Product

4. In Product Name Add relevant title/headline which justifies your product or model

5. Add a brief note about your product features and specification in Description

6. Select the right category for your product. i.e. If your product is a mobile charger, you will be selecting Electronics in the category. You can select more than one category as per product specification.

7. Pricing: Add your product price in “Regular Price: field. If it’s are “Sale” item you can add the decreased prices in the “Sale Price” field. You can also “Schedule” when the Sale Price” to be automatically displayed on the given date/time.

8. Product Tags: If you product is a Nokia mobile charger, You can add i.e. (Nokia, mobile, charger, USB, 5volts… ) etc. Adding tags to your product is very important. It will link/list your product with other related products at pulsethestore and can also be visible to customers as per their interest.

9. Product Images: Set a cover/main product photo which will be shown first to customers.

10. Product Gallery: Further image gallery will be displayed to the customer once the product is opened.

11. Once you have fulfilled the product page, you are ready to save it, click “Save Draft” and once inalized you can click “Submit for Review”

12. Once submitted for Review, a Pulsethestore admin/validator will validate your product, before displaying/publishing

Can I modify my products once they are live?

1. Login and open the Vendor’s dashboard

2. Clicking on the Product section will display all the submitted/published products

3. Drafts: You can edit/modify the drafts

How can I make my products more visible and get more orders?

1. You can purchase one of our social media marketing packages which are very economical and enhance your products visibility online.

Managing and Shipping

How do I know that someone has bought my product?

Once you have received an order, an SMS and/or an email alert will be sent to you with the buyer's contact details.

Do I have to contact buyer?

No, pulsethestore team will coordinate with the buyer. Once the order is confirmed, you will get an order email and/or SMS and pulsethestore representative will contact you or your store manager to verify product presence.

How will the products be shipped?

Once an order is received, you should pack your products carefully to avoid damages during delivery and hand it over to a representative who will collect the order on behalf of pulsethestore within 24 hours. Final delivery to buyer will be responsibility of pulsethestore.com. Pulsethestore works with reliable delivery company which offers safe and on-time deliveries with tracking. For more details on vendor responsibilities please read the vendor agreement carefully.

If I have received an order but I don't have the product anymore. What should I do?

The products that are out of stock must be updated by the vendor accordingly until further restocking. In case you have already accepted such order, you should cancel the order immediately and update the vendor dashboard and products accordingly.

Buying (Customers)

How do I buy on Pulsethestore?

1. Browse a product by category or search

2. Click on the product image to further view its description

3. Selecting "Add to cart" will add the following item to your cart. A message will appear upon the successful addition of the product i.e. ".... has been added to your cart"

4. Hover your mouse at the cart icon at the top right corner and click "Checkout"

5. Provide your correct shipping address and phone number

6. Select "Payment method" of your choice

7. Agree to Pulsethestore terms

8. Click "Place order or Confirm Order"

9. Upon submission of successful order a message will appear "Thank you. Your order has been received"

10. Note your order number and verify your product. Same confirmation will also be sent at the provided email.

11. Once your order is approved, Pulsethestore staff will call and validate your order.

How to use Cart?

Shopping on Pulsethestore is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

1. Simply clicking on the small cart icon at the product will directly add it to your cart

2. Once added at top right corner the Cart icon will show notification of how many products are in your cart

3. You can always add more than 1 item by increasing its quantity which is near to the “Add to cart” button

4. You can always remove/update the items by visiting the cart

5. Once finalized, click on “Checkout”

There are no hidden costs or charges when you buy from Pulsethestore. Shipping is free on Pulsethestore. If there are any products with shipping charges, shipping cost will be mentioned at the time of purchase.

When will I get my product after I place an order?

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Check your spam folder also. After placing the order, you will receive the product within 3 working days. If there are any delays, please contact our service team at ceo@pulsethestore.com

How much do I pay for shipping?

There are no shipping charges on pulsethestore across Pakistan. If there is any specific product which has shipping charges, the charges will be mentioned at the time of check out. For international deliveries, there are shipping charges depending upon the country and product type, and charges will be automatically mentioned at the time of check out.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

We’ll send you an email or an SMS once your order has been confirmed. We’ll also send you second email and SMS as soon as your order has been shipped.

How can I track my order?

We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails and SMS. After your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.

How do I cancel my order?

It is easy to know if a product comes with warranty, just look at the “product description”.

How to rate a product?

1. Your feedback is very important for the encouragement of our Vendor and Team

2. At the product page, scroll down and near to the “Description” tab select “Review”

3. Rate the product by selecting the number of Stars from 1 to 5. i.e. if you are satisfied with the product, select 5 otherwise decrease it as per your experience

4. You can always welcome to leave your sincere opinion about the product and it will be displayed besides the product. (Name and valid email address will be required)

What are the conditions for my return?

1. If the product is not as you expected/not as advertised

How long do I have to initiate my return?

You can initiate your return within 24 hours of delivery and the return must be completed within 7 days from the day of reciept.

When can I get a refund?

You can request a refund if:

1. You cancelled a prepaid order

2. You rejected a prepaid order

3. You returned an order within pulsethestore’s 24 hours return policy

Refund Method / Refund Time

Refund amount will be transferred back to you through online bank transfer or by Easy Paisa within two weeks after receiving the product back.

Do I also get refunded the shipping charge when returning a product?

No, the refunded amount would not include the shipping amount you were charged.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

You can request for your order to be delivered to a different address within the same region or city before your order is shipped. If you want to change the shipping address to a different region or city, we will have to cancel and replace the original order.

Can I accept the package after checking its contents?

Yes, for all items delivered by pulsethestore.com you can open the packaging to check the contents inside. Keep in mind that any sealed items inside cannot be opened before accepting delivery.
