RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. The product must not be used in any manner whatsoever including but not limited to washing, wearing, tearing among other things. The product must be in its original condition without any damage or flaw. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn, provided that they are in their original condition without any damage.

2. The product must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged with all the tags and boxes intact. If the product has another tag of the website (www.pulsethestore.com), then it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached to it. Please note that if any additional label, sticker or tape is attached to the packaging or the product, and then the product shall be deemed to be unfit or damaged for the purposes of return.

3. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

NOTE: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it thoroughly and notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon such inspection we will notify you on the status of your return and refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of Payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

NOTE: The refund is contingent upon the product being in flawless condition.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs and any additional costs for returning your item. Shipping Costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
